Intricate open-weave crochet knit with distressed finishing and a dramatic central pastoral print framed by rich mohair accents. Produced by Fuzzi, the piece is sculptural and highly textural, designed to shift between garment and object.
On the runway, the knit was styled with the printed panel worn at the front and the ties fastened at the back, creating a strong, directional silhouette. The construction also allows for more classic wear, styled as a cardigan with the ties fastened at the front.

Excellent condition for the age.
Archive note
An authentic archival runway piece from one of Jean Paul Gaultier’s most experimental periods. Rarely seen on the secondary market, especially in this condition and with full runway provenance.
