At IVI Archive, every garment and accessory is selected for its character and history. Because most of our pieces come from previous collections or private archives, each one is unique and may carry subtle traces of time.
1. Condition
All items are pre-owned or vintage unless stated otherwise. We describe and photograph each piece with care so that its state and details are clearly represented.
Minor signs of age or gentle wear are natural and not considered flaws.
If an item does not match its description or has a defect not previously disclosed, you are entitled to remedies under applicable consumer protection laws.
2. Sizing and Fit
Measurements are provided for reference. We encourage comparing them with your own garments and reaching out if you would like additional details before ordering — we’re glad to assist.
3. Color and Photography
Photographs are made to show each piece as faithfully as possible, though slight variations in tone may occur due to lighting or screen differences.
Each product listing includes original photos of the actual item offered for sale, and occasionally an additional runway or archival image used purely for reference — to illustrate how the piece originally appeared or its aesthetic context.
Such reference images remain the property of their respective copyright owners and are included for informational purposes only.
4. Delivery and Collection
Your parcel will be sent using the method selected at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders within 2–5 business days after receiving payment and complete shipping details (excluding weekends and holidays).
We currently ship only to selected countries based on our logistics partners’ coverage. If your country does not appear at checkout, it means we are not yet able to deliver there. We hope to expand our delivery map in the future — until then, feel free to contact us if you wish to verify a specific destination.
Parcels that are not accepted or collected will be returned to us automatically.
In such cases, refunds are issued minus the delivery costs (both ways) and a handling fee of up to 10%.
If reshipping is requested, new shipping fees apply.
5. Customs and Import Duties
If you order from outside the European Union, your payment covers the item itself and our shipping costs only.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges that may apply upon delivery are determined by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.
6. Returns
Customers within the European Union
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item must be returned in its original state — unworn, unaltered, and complete with any packaging or tags it arrived with.
Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
If the item is found to differ from its description, we will also cover reasonable return costs.
Customers outside the European Union
All sales are final. We cannot offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations for international orders.
Please review all information, photos, and measurements carefully before purchasing.
